Fitness tips for the bridal couple
Your big day is approaching and you do not want to miss one moment of it.
The weeks leading up to your wedding day can be one big blur of stress with a million tasks on your to-do list. It is no time to run out of steam. Make the time to give your body and mind a chance to rest and rejuvenate.

Eat three meals a day, drink a lot of water and sleep at least eight hours a day!

Exercise! Twenty minutes of exercise a day will do wonders. Take a walk every day. Run the stairs insted of taking the elevator. Grab your spouse-to-be and practice your wedding dance.

Take hot baths, face- and body treatments and massage.
